The leadership team here truly does care about building genuine connections with our families, because we see education as a partnership. Throughout the foundational school years from Kindergarten to Year 10, we work together to build the character and confidence your child needs to take on their next adventure in life.

Our Leadership Team
Guiding Our Community
with Care and Clarity
At Australian Christian College Hobart, our leadership team is united by a shared commitment to see every student known, loved, and taught well. With a depth of experience and a heart for Christ-centred education, they provide steady guidance, a clear vision, and genuine support for both our staff and families.
We invite you to meet our leadership team.

Paul Radford
Acting Principal
Paul is currently serving as Acting Principal at ACC Hobart while Mr Noble supports ACC Launceston during a period of leadership transition. Paul brings a lifelong passion for teaching and Christian education to his leadership. He first knew he wanted to become a teacher when he was seven years old, and later chose to pursue music education after being inspired by his Year 7 music teacher. Having taught for many years at a large Tasmanian independent school, Paul now serves the ACC Hobart community with humility, care and a deep commitment to helping students grow. He values the strong sense of community at ACC and the opportunity to work alongside fellow Christians who are committed to seeing students well known, well loved and well taught.

Teresa Kimber
SLN Coordinator
As SLN Coordinator, Teresa brings over 30 years of educational experience and a deep passion for supporting students in Learning Needs and Wellbeing. She loves serving at Australian Christian College Hobart, where she can support students, encourage families, and work alongside staff to help each child grow with confidence. Teresa values the opportunity to serve others and be part of God’s work each day as students are cared for, supported and helped to thrive.
