About the role
Australian Christian College Singleton is seeking to appoint a passionate and experienced Creative and Performing Arts Coordinator (7-12) to lead our growing CAPA department. The role involves the daily leadership of the CAPA Faculty, building the team and supporting teachers in their instructional practice, curriculum development and assessment processes. The position will also be responsible for driving the growth of both elective subject offerings and co-curricular programs that enable students to thrive within the arts, including the facilitation of annual College events, such as MADD Night. The creative and performing arts are a growing and important part of ACC Singleton, and the successful candidate will have scope to strategically design and enhance the College’s CAPA offerings over the years to come. As the College continues to grow, flexibility in managing or teaching additional teaching areas would be beneficial.
This role is a permanent, full-time position and commences in January 2026 and reports to the Curriculum Coordinator 7-12.
Requirements
The successful candidate will:
- Have a personal Christian faith and active involvement in a local church.
- Have a demonstrated passion for the creative and performing arts.
- Model excellence in their own professional practice.
- Commitment to the ACC Vision and Belief Statement.
- Possess appropriate tertiary qualifications, NESA Accreditation, and a valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).
