Boarding
ACC Southlands partners with Albany Residential College to offer a practical boarding option for rural and remote families who want an ACC education while living away from home during the school week.
Albany Residential College provides a safe, secure and supportive environment where students in Years 7–12 have their own room, enjoy wholesome meals together and experience a caring community that feels like a home away from home.
This partnership means your child can learn on campus at ACC Southlands while boarding nearby at Albany Residential College with qualified supervision, structured study support and plenty of opportunities to socialise and explore interests.

A home away from home for country students
Boarding at Albany Residential College is designed for country students who want access to quality education and a warm, welcoming residential community. Boys and girls are accommodated in separate wings with individual rooms and bathroom facilities, while shared dining and recreation areas bring everyone together.
Safe, supervised and well supported
Experienced residential supervisors work closely with families and our school to support each child’s wellbeing and learning. Regular study sessions, tutoring and mentoring help students build healthy routines and balance schoolwork with life. Weekends are relaxed, with opportunities for sport, shopping, excursions and time with friends.
Facilities and recreation
Students have access to an indoor recreation facility with table tennis, pool, foosball, a gaming lounge and TV. The college also has access to nearby sports facilities, providing plenty of options to stay active after school.
