Elite Pursuits Program
To be eligible for the Elite Pursuits Program, the student needs to show a high level of commitment to their field of specialisation.
A student eligible for the Elite program would be expected to be involved in at least 20 hours of training or rehearsal each week.
It is also expected that the student is competing in at least a State level. Several ACC students train and compete regularly at a national and international level.
There have also been a few students who have competed at major international events. The College enthusiastically takes opportunities to celebrate the success of Elite students.
Elite is considered more than practising and being a part of a club. While these are important stages required for improvement and mastery, the College program does expect a high level of expertise, rigour and commitment in a particular field of sports or arts.
