At Australian Christian College Swan Hill, we’re committed to making Christ-centred education accessible for as many families as possible. That’s why our fees are clear, consistent, and designed to be family-friendly, with multi-child discounts, fixed levies, and no hidden extras.
As part of Christian Education Ministries (CEM), a national network of Christian schools, we're able to offer high-quality learning experiences while keeping fees affordable. CEM supports schools across Australia by sharing resources, training, and expertise, allowing each campus, including ours, to focus on what matters most: students, families, and our strong local community.
We don’t want finances to stand in the way of a great education, and we’ll always be upfront about what's involved.

Please note:
- $100 per student non-refundable application fee applies.
- Two payment options are available: (1) pay in full upfront before commencement of the school year or at time of enrolment, (2) Pay in 10 equal monthly instalments. Please note this second option is not available to new enrolments who are joining the school after the start of Term 3.
- If more than two dishonoured payments occur in a calendar year, a $20 administration fee may be charged for each dishonour. If payments continue to be dishonoured, the account will be referred to school management.
- At least six term weeks notice in writing is required for withdrawal of students. Insufficient notice may result in additional fees being charged.
- There is no splitting of school fees across multiple payers.
