ACC Singleton (ACCS) is located in the beautiful Hunter Valley region of New South Wales. Offering programs from Prep to Year 12, ACCS has been operating for 10+ years.

About the role

An opportunity exists to join our growing mid-sized Prep - Year 12 Christian School.

  • Provide administrative support to the Principal and executive team.
  • Oversee the effective delivery of administrative services.
  • Manage timely and accurate communication with the school community.
  • Manage the school calendar and supervise the planning and implementation of key events across the school.
  • Supervise and lead the Administration Team in a way that values the contribution of each team member whilst also driving efficiencies and improvements.

This full-time position is expected to start on 15th May 2023 or by negotiation with the successful applicant.

About you

  • You have a minimum of three years experience in business administration.
  • You have excellent administrative skills, including well-developed organisation, planning and time management skills.
  • You can demonstrate initiative and discernment, with the ability to identify potential problems and the solutions to deal with them.
  • You have an attention to detail without losing sight of our priority of excellent teaching, excellent learning and positive culture.
  • You are able to demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
  • You have a willingness to serve, possess an authentic Christian faith and are inspired by our vision for the future.
  • You have a valid Working with Children Check and current first aid certification, or the ability to attain prior to commencement.
