About the role
Applications are invited for suitably qualified and experienced people to fill the positions of Bus Driver & Grounds Maintenance. We are looking for reliable people who want to serve the school community as it continues to grow and improve.
The roles offer considerable flexibility of hours by negotiation with the successful candidates. The Bus Driver role may allow for split morning and afternoon shifts with the occasional whole day. The Ground Maintenance role will suit those with site maintenance experience or those just starting out, with management support provided.
Key responsibilities include:
- Safe operation of the morning and afternoon school bus run.
- Maintain buildings and services to a safe standard and in accordance with WHS guidelines.
- Onsite waste management.
- Maintaining grounds including lawns, gardens and sports fields.
The successful candidate will commence by negotiation.
About you
Applicants need a good work ethic as well as well-developed relational, reporting and time management skills. An understanding of Workplace, Health and Safety and general property compliance issues is necessary. A current NSW Working with Children Certificate is also required.
Applicants need to be Christians who are active in their own church and support the School’s Statement of Faith.
