About ACC Marsden Park
The College is located in the thriving North West growth corridor of Sydney in a semi-rural setting and is experiencing sustained growth. The area has been targeted for fast-tracked development and the school has an exciting strategic plan in place.
ACC Marsden Park is a K-12, co-educational, Christian school located in North-West Sydney. We are an actively growing school with an exciting future. In 2024, over 200 staff will be teaching and supporting over 1200 students who will be learning with us on-campus, plus another 700 students who will be learning via our Distance Education program. We are seeking to ensure our teachers are supported with best-practice, individualised professional development in the form of dedicated coaching.
We are praying for exemplary classroom practitioners with a passion for staff development to join our coaching team. We are building a culture of coaching across the College, aimed at providing personalised support to all staff and students. These full-time positions which will include a teaching load and may work across the Primary and Secondary are expected to start in 2024.

About the role
- Living out your faith in a Christian school community
- Working with the Head of Professional Practice to provide supportive and personalised instructional coaching, K-12.
- Adopting a coaching mindset, building bridges between the College’s signature pedagogies, our orderly learning environment standards, and each teacher’s own professional growth and goals
- Contribute to the holistic care and welfare of staff and students
