Our College is seeking an Administration Officer to support staff and manage a variety of duties within the Senior School. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex duties accurately, is essential in this position.

The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, able to work independently and is organised. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success. Some of the duties required are as follows:

  • PA to Head of Senior School
  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
  • Take phone calls/emails regarding enrolment enquiries
  • Printing, photocopying and filing
  • Editing, formatting, updating of handbooks etc.
  • Completing internal forms and documents 
  • Phone calls to parents
  • Draft/send out letters and emails
  • Proficient skills in Word and Spreadsheet - minimum
  • Managing appointments
  • Managing QCAA documentation including - SDCS data entry, changes to PD for teachers etc.

A knowledge of schools and QCAA processes and data entry, such as SDCS, would be an advantage, but not essential.
