  • Coordinate the entire student enrolment process from initial contact through to student commencement.

  • Manage waiting lists, as necessary.
  • Liaise with local media to generate media publicity for the school.
  • Handle telephone, email and walk-in enrolment enquiries.
  • Maintain the enrolment module of the online student database.
  • Produce and present reports on present and projected enrolment numbers.
  • Provide demographic and enquiry source information to Principal and Marketing Manager for strategic planning.
  • Work with the Principal and Marketing Manager to determine future enrolment strategies.
  • Event management of open days/nights, information sessions, awards nights and external events (e.g. shopping centre displays, ANZAC day parade, etc.).
  • Capture video and photography content for use in social and digital media.
  • Work with the Principal and Marketing Manager to generate new enquiries from social media.
  • Report on exit trends and suggest student retention strategies.
  • Manage stock of enrolment literature.
  • Ensure a friendly, helpful and professional demeanour at all times.
  • Provide administrative assistance as required by the Administration Manager.
  • Other tasks as directed by the Principal.
